Story

Fresh yet complex, lively yet sophisticated, Kristie Fujiyama Kosmides is the rare artist whose work touches the heart and spirit at the same moment it reaches the eye. Born and raised in Hilo, Hawai’i, Kristie demonstrated an innate artistic creativity from a young age. Her talents were nurtured throughout her youth; she went on to attend Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle and received her Bachelors of Fine Arts (as well as the Dean’s Thesis Award) from the Otis College of Arts and Design in Los Angeles. She studied under famed watercolor artist Linus Chao and has received multiple awards for her work.

Kristie currently resides in Los Angeles, California. She maintains a studio there as well as in Hilo, Hawai’i. For more information, please contact us.
